   I guess the folder is dirty after building python (after the cache got evicted randomly).

   So possibly a solution would be to clean the folder after building python.

   Fixed in #30499, which has two ACKs right now

   The cache is restored, so temporarily this will work until the cache is evicted again, which I do not known when it will happen.
