Automatic sanity-testing: PASSED, see http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/c00237de9d4a4bce9f9e536e9e71fa2b5b0ffef5 for binaries and test log. This test script verifies pulls every time they are updated. It, however, dies sometimes and fails to test properly. If you are waiting on a test, please check timestamps to verify that the test.log is moving at http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/current/ Contact BlueMatt on freenode if something looks broken.

I performed 'sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bitcoin/bitcoin' and 'sudo apt-get update' commands prior to my attempt to grab the bitcoin source code with 'apt-get source bitcoin.' I was able to grab the source code fine, but the sub command gpgv reports it can't check the signature since the public key is not found.
Will this pull request fix this error?
If not, can someone kindly tell me how or point me to the documentation on how to 'get/import' the correct public key for gpgv verification on Linux Mint 15 Olivia Xfce.
Thanks!

This is not at all even remotely related to your problem. Adding the PPA is supposed to get the key automatically, though I have no idea how Mint does things differently -- anyway, if you go to the page on Launchpad, the key should be there somewhere.

Thanks for responding Michagogo, you kept me from going down the rabbit hole and forced me to Google deeper to find the solution. I am still wrapping my head around this, but I was able to get rid of this error by grabbing the key for Matt Corallo (BlueMatt) matt@bluematt.me, from the keyserver and adding it as a gpg trusted key.
Thanks!
