Found out what everything did, and finished the /Contrib Index. Standardized the READMEs, and converted existing ones to Markdown. Renamed /Misc to /Linearize since it was the only script in there.

Automatic sanity-testing: PASSED, see http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/27e2d8bfb5678e79d956b9f1aa50c1b14177d748 for binaries and test log. This test script verifies pulls every time they are updated. It, however, dies sometimes and fails to test properly.
