CI : Permission denied error - Multiple failing PRs #30998

   Is there an existing issue for this?

   Current behaviour

   Currently Multiple PRs seem to be failing CI due to permission issues.

   All failures seen happen at approx 12 seconds.

   

   Expected behaviour

   Tests should be failing with errors related to the pull request.

   Steps to reproduce

   Submit a PR that passes locally, and it seems to fail in CI

   Relevant log output

   No response

   How did you obtain Bitcoin Core

   Compiled from source

   What version of Bitcoin Core are you using?

   master

   Operating system and version

   TempleOS

   Machine specifications

   AMD Athlon XP 1024MB DDR RAM 80GB HDD ATI Radeon 9600SE 100Mb/s Ethernet

   Sipa has clarified that these are likely spurious error on IRC, failed tests are now passing.
