[Qt] assertion when removing -txindex flag #3186

I got this after removing the -txindex flag from a testnet wallet (Win7 x64).

I've tried the following:
- bitcoin-qt -testnet -txindex: question of reindexing appears
  
  choose Abort -> quits without
  
  choose OK -> bitcoin starts reindexing
- bitcoin-qt -testnet without -txindex: question of reindexing appears
  
  choose Abort -> quits without
  
  choose OK -> bitcoin starts reindexing
Unable to reproduce this error.

Yesterday I compiled Qt5 debug libs, so I can try to debug this tomorrow.

Seems this is fixed, I also couldn't reproduce it anymore.
