   Uses bitcoin --help / bitcoin help to list available commands and options for the bitcoin wrapper. Integrates completions for bitcoind, bitcoin-cli, and bitcoin-tx.

   Placed under contrib/ so it can be installed or used easily by distros/users who want completion.
