   GUI: Add coins tab and sets view-only mode

   Adds Coins (UTXOs) tab at the top and:

   • Removes selection checkboxes from the dialog
   • Disables coin selection functionality
   • Maintains UTXO viewing capabilities
   • Removes all the information from the top area of the dialog.
