Syntax error in configure when building in OS X Snow Leopard? #3358

I have all of the dependencies installed, and I have the latest version of Xcode for Snow Leopard, but when I run ./configure I get a syntax error.
```
checking whether the Boost::Unit_Test_Framework library is available... yes
./configure: line 15793: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
./configure: line 15793: `  yes:no:'
```

This is fixed here: #3346

I suppose we should go ahead and pull that in. I'll do up a PR in the next day or so.
