"Send" text field has too little amount #33883

Current behaviour

The "Amount" input field on the "Send" tab is too narrow; the user can only see a single digit.

The screenshot is below:

Expected behaviour

User should see all digits on payment amount.

Steps to reproduce
1. Download latest release from https://bitcoincore.org/en/download/
2. Open the program.
3. After wallet sync completes, go to "Send" tab.
