I’m seeing this below message on the Bitcoin Testnet3 explorer at https://mempool.space/testnet:

This is a test network. Coins have no value. Testnet3 is deprecated and will soon be replaced by Testnet4

Can you please confirm the exact timeline for Testnet3 phaseout and Testnet4 rollout?

Just use https://mempool.space/testnet4 Testnet4 is fully functional, and testnet3 deprecated.
