While trying to cross-compile / build Bitcoin Core on an OpenBSD host or using the OpenBSD dependency builder (depends/builders/openbsd.mk), the build process encounters an incompatibility with the touch utility.
Specifically, OpenBSD's native touch command does not recognize or support the -h flag (which is typically used to change the timestamps of symbolic links rather than the files they point to on other Unix variants like GNU coreutils/Linux).
The openbsd.mk file currently defines specific command overrides for OpenBSD tools (e.g., setting build_openbsd_TOUCH = touch -m -t 200001011200). However, anywhere the -h flag is being passed to touch during the OpenBSD build workflow, it needs to be adjusted or stripped since OpenBSD's touch doesn't support modifying symlink timestamps via -h.
