Reworked send.sh, so it works properly on my Mac (killall send.sh doesn't work, because the process name is 'bash' not 'send.sh'). So now send.sh writes a .send.pid file, and invoking it as send.sh -STOP (as the bitcoind -walletnotify) signals that PID.

Automatic sanity-testing: PASSED, see http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/867dfb4a088e884e8d428b69e72740aad0811303 for binaries and test log. This test script verifies pulls every time they are updated. It, however, dies sometimes and fails to test properly. is it now working in YOUR Mac or in all Macs ? :) I think a solution to Malleability problem should be at the Highest priority...

Maybe you do not care but This problem caused exchanger to freeze withdrawals which made the price fall which made a lot of bad advertising on Bitcoin in general.

A lot of Start-up (like mine) are suffering from this, not just MTGOX (who cares mtgox, they better close and go home).
