DOC: Update the list of threads to the current state. #3808

While getting better overview of the source tree, I updated the list of threads.

For the future, I think the list should be separated from coding.md file, because it is not general coding style guide related. Sure it is worth to mention that threads are used and why etc. but the list of used threads should go to the other document describing the overall architecture of the Bitcoin Core (like Introduction for developers).

ACK. Better documentation for the entire codebase is needed. I'll be leading a project for it, but I won't start on that till after May.
