I am using Bitcoin Core 0.9.0rc2 The tool bar can be moved by grabbing the dotted line.
This is a bug or feature?
Tabs toolbar is unlocked and can be moved (floating) #3825

I dont like this the same way I dont like having my windows start bar unlocked.
