--with[out]-gui option should be --enable-gui #3898

--with[out]-* syntax is meant for optional dependencies, not features. It makes sense as --with[out]-qt, but not in the 'gui' form...

Too late to change this now.

Edit: although it would be possible to accept both and recommend the new spelling, of course...
