This crazy naming style has bugged me since the beginning and it should no longer be used in new code.

Oh, hadn't seen that you also change that. Is #4498 actually meant to be merged now? I thought it was just a preview.

If we're fine with it, yes. So that we have the policy in-repository, and can gradually convert existing files.

Automatic sanity-testing: PASSED, see http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/p4641_e19e34e402ab938089d8a03eb56a04188dedd618/ for binaries and test log. This test script verifies pulls every time they are updated. It, however, dies sometimes and fails to test properly. If you are waiting on a test, please check timestamps to verify that the test.log is moving at http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/current/ Contact BlueMatt on freenode if something looks broken.

I'm going to merge #4498 instead. The policy may not be final yet, and we're not going to apply it globally yet, but it makes sense to have it in the repository so that people can experiment with it.
