After I imported keys to the brand new wallet I tried to test that it is imported properly so I ran salvagewallet command to verify my new wallet but I got these errors!

2014-08-21 12:17:28 WARNING: CWalletDB::Recover skipping key: 2014-08-21 12:17:28 WARNING: CWalletDB::Recover skipping key: Error reading wallet database: CPubKey/CPrivKey corrupt

Could you please help me to understand/solve this problem?

PS: I am using new setup cloud servers at amazon

Why are you using salvagewallet to 'verify' a wallet, what are you trying to learn that way?

Thanks for your fast response. I want to make sure that the keys that I had imported are solid. but after running salvage command I lost about 7000 keys ! and I am wondering what is wrong . what is the limitation of bitcoin wallet database ? Is this software just for personal use ? I need a software that can support more than 4 million keys and related transactions. Keep up the good work.

Basically yes. The wallet implementation is just a reference implementation of a wallet. For serious or enterprise usage I'd suggest looking for other solutions.
