I get conflicts in my wallet and I rescan it but when sending bitcoins at the updating state. its sending transactions as normal but setting it as conflicted. As I have more than 30.000 + transactions it takes time to rescan and I get around 50 transactions at that state.

My Error Message : Status: conflicted, broadcast through 8 nodes

What should I do ? A) Should I clear up my wallet.dat and create a new one daily ? What happens to my old addresses if I want to reuse them ? B) Should I try to zaptx and rescan when a conflict occurs ? What happens to the transactions that happen at that time of rescan ?

Yes, to get rid of conflicted transactions you can use -zapwallettxes. Nothing happens to other transactions that happen at the time of rescan, you'll just get them again when they enter a block (or a peer announces them).

But again, please don't use the issue tracker as a general forum for questions. I suggest using the stack overflow site https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/.
