Revert thousands separators after decimal point, as introduced in #4167.

I've tried and tried and just cannot get used to these. And if someone like me with a scientific background can't get used to them, I'm sure many other people will have problems with them.

If you don't want to see a long string of decimal digits, switch your unit to mBTC or muBTC.

    Before with

    After without

Automatic sanity-testing: PASSED, see http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/p4867_a95b1199dbcf6c90508250d9b4cfd1df78106a5b/ for binaries and test log. This test script verifies pulls every time they are updated. It, however, dies sometimes and fails to test properly. If you are waiting on a test, please check timestamps to verify that the test.log is moving at http://jenkins.bluematt.me/pull-tester/current/ Contact BlueMatt on freenode if something looks broken.

    I tend to agree here.

ACK. I had the same thoughts. Also, the partial-spaces caused some issues when fonts were missing those unicode glyphs. Those issues were fixed, but I'm not a big fan of limiting font selection to only those that implement obscure? unicode values.

Well the same thin space is used to group per three digits before the decimal point. There it makes sense. But after the point it just looks strange.
