bitcoin-qt not accurately reporting "active command-line options that override" #4975

./bitcoin-qt -proxy=127.0.0.1:9150 use netstat to verify that bitcoin-qt is in fact connecting via proxy while running in bitcoin-qt go to Settings -> Options -> Network Tab see "Active command-line options that override above options: none"

This last statement is not true, because the -proxy option is overriding the settings in the Network tab.
