Ported with permission from @andymeows dogecoin commit.

Adds support for printing paper wallets from the wallet.

Includes warning if connected to network.

Switched to older QT API calls to that paper wallet printing is compatible with Qt 4.6.4. ba7d2e3661

When printing paper wallets, add a warning message about security if connected to any peers.

Regenerate addresses at the end of the loop so that the shown wallet is the first to print.
Elaborating on the message after paper wallets are printed about ensuring print quality.

NACK, when/if we add this, it should be a real paper wallet, not a single ECDSA private key. It would also be good to have paper wallet support merged before we start making them, too...
