[Qt, OSX] QProgressBar requires up to 10% CPU #5295

   Even when disconnected from internet bitcoin-qt requires up to 10% CPU on OSX 10.10 (2.6 Ghz intel Core i7). After timing bitcoin-qt it seams to be a QT issue: https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-20880
