travis: install less packages from apt-get #5297

This is a tiny change to travis, but it should greatly reduce the amount of packages installed by some builds, namely those that install wine. That means less time spinning up each build.

Using wine as an example. Before: 289 packages installed After: 109 packages installed
travis: install less packages from apt-get 096efc5812
