Work in progress and needs some review from @jonasschnelli and @laanwj at least :).

we now have the order: -- coin control -- fees -- receipient(s)

    current problems:

    • scaling issues (for which I need some help) when hiding coin control or showing/hiding fee section

There was a huge bunch of strange UI elements, like using word for creating a table that should have used Excel ;). Anyway, I couldn't sort out scaling and resize issues, some elemts are wrongly sized and I need help with that. I'm fine with another GUI guy taking this or creating a pull for my branch.

IMO the current order makes more sense.

I prefer fees at the bottom, closest to the 'send' button. Also think the current order makes more sense, from a usage flow perspective (select inputs - set recipients - choose fee).

I also think the fees should be at the bottom. Fees are something which normally comes at the end of a payment process. Changing the payment screen makes only sense if it's a real improvement. Otherwise it might confuse users.

But i agree that there are some uncommon ways of handling the sendcoinsdialog. The "Choose..." (expand) button is uncommon and the position of the maximize/minimize button ("Choose..." and "Hide") should keep the position. It should more follow the ways of how users handle maximize/minimize screen types (like on the web with +/- patterns). The "fee details" ("Choose..." button) could also open a new dialog or at least the maximize/minimize toggle should be animated.

Closing this for now. I'm open to improvements for the spending screen, but I don't agree that this is an improvement. Just moving panes around is bound to confuse people.
