“Read attempted past buffer limit” error while reindexing #6492

   It is possible that this is caused by local corruption, although this is not a system that is known to corrupt data:

   02015-07-29 18:13:35 Reindexing block file blk00201.dat...
   12015-07-29 18:13:38 LoadExternalBlockFile: Deserialize or I/O error - Read attempted past buffer limitReindexing block file blk00202.dat...
   

   At the least the fatal error should probably cancel the reindexing process (and be terminated with a newline).

   I’ll try running the troubleshooting tool on the block files and db tomorrow.

   It shows two overlapping blocks:

   This is quite an old blocks directory so it’s possible that this happened due to the reindex issue solved by #5864.
