I set up an OpenBSD bitcoin node yesterday and it was more involved than I expected. I documented my steps in a build guide, maybe it will be useful for others.

doc: Add build guide for OpenBSD 5.7

Add a specific build guide for OpenBSD. This is slightly different than
building for Linux due to different dependencies, and a compiler issue.
