Mention use of SI units and prefixes. This has always been the case, but make it explicit after discussion in #6979.

This is not the case, as RPCConsole::FormatBytes uses 1024-based units for the network traffic stats. (IMO it should continue to do so.)

As well as prune, which is already out. So changing may not be a no brainer.

AFAIK, network traffic stats almost universally use 1000-based units elsewhere. I think it's good to be conssitent. But I don't care deep enough to keep this open.
