- Deleting the outdated test-patches: trivial ACK
- Moving gen_base58_test_vectors.py: are these (conditionally) invoked anywhere in the build system? (if so, they belong in share instead, dev scripts aren't currently part of the tarball)

@laanwj not within bitcoin but this would break external (hot)links. So better leaving this as is.
