   @laanwj here are some edits to the release notes I didn't add anything about abandontransaction (maybe it should go in the detailed changes section though) or add clarification in the conflicted section about how this changes whether prevouts are respendable or not. I think it's fine to leave as is, but just pointing out in case you though otherwise.

   Re: abandontransaction it is already mentioned in the detailed changes:

   • #7312 fd4bd50 Add RPC call abandontransaction

   As I understood it's meant as a mostly hidden feature, to be used if there is another mempool flood / malleation attack, so I think that is mention enough.
