This is a very simple framework for fuzzing various bits and pieces with afl-fuzz.
CAddrMan::Deserialize handle corrupt serializations better. fb26bf0ea3

Why close this? I don't think it should be built by default, but under a configure switch I think this could be genuinely useful.
