Not sure what those lines are used for. Probably forgotten to be removed in previous pulls.

Well, I assume the goal was to provide osx builds one day...

Though, I am not sure on the eta of this and it can always be added back in later.

There was a component used for testing that was based on bitcoinj. It was finally removed (in favor of the internal Python based testing framework) in #8504
