   Tests fully pass on FreeBSD with:

   • #8835 [qa] nulldummy.py: Don't run unused code #8835
   • #8834 [qa] blockstore: Switch to dumb dbm
   • #8839 test: Avoid ConnectionResetErrors during RPC tests
