final german translation update before 0.6 release (hopefully) #953

After using 0.6 RC4 and seeing the translations directly in the GUI I made some further changes to polish the german translation. I hope this gets merged before the final 0.6 release :).

This commit is based on the current german Transifex translation. I always work directly with Transifex, download the language file and push it to my repo.
