I noticed that after the update of translations from transifex, there still is file src/qt/locale/bitcoin_cs_CZ.ts which conflicts with its successor src/qt/locale/bitcoin_cs.ts (the same in src/qt/bitcoin.qrc). To reflect current state on transifex and to avoid problems, the cs_CZ variant should be completely removed before making a relese.

You are right, bitcoin_cs_CZ.ts is completely untranslated and can be safely removed.
