Add "Fee also pays for unconfirmed parents" option. Maybe only show it if coin control is enabled... but I sure hate disappearing UI so I am not going to recommend that.

Concept ACK.
It may be better if the fee always pays for parent, but shows a clear warning if this is the case, plus a way to opt-out of doing that. Since we currently only spend our own change this should be fairly safe.
It could be taken one step further and allow spending unconfirmed received coins (with the appropriate warnings, probably opt-in, maybe tucked away in the manual input selection screen).
