[RFC] test: Clean test_bitcoin-qt output #222

All of expected QDEBUG : ... and QINFO : ... messages could be silenced with QTest::ignoreMessage. It will improve test_bitcoin-qt output quality.

But some cases require QRegularExpression which is unavailable since https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/16386.

Is it worth to drop -no-feature-regularexpression for such a use case?
