   This time it’s breaking because the win64 machine isn’t using --without-external-signer. The structural problem here is that the bitcoinbuilds.org CI uses hardcoded configuration rather than the configuration scripts here: https://github.com/bitcoin-core/gui/tree/master/ci/test
