Implement Bitcoin Confirmation Sticker Packs #382

   Back in 2016 I had the concept for a Bitcoin Confirmation Sticker which only gets revealed after 6 confirmations. I used a Pokemon sticker pack for this. https://twitter.com/JeremyRubin/status/1415501504316788736

   While we might have trouble distributing a sticker pack with copyrighted material, we can make the concept work inside Bitcoin anyways and allow users to import sticker packs.

   The confirmation stickers are a useful idea because it encourages users to check that their transactions have sufficient confs in a friendly way.
