Information was added to a markdown file in https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/28974:

But despite concerns (https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/28974#issuecomment-1855661692) never made it to the GUI:

The current phrasing dates back to 2011 when wallet key encryption was added in 4e87d341f75f13bbd7d108c31c03886fbc4df56f.
