   This should not affect the total maximum cost, but allow for more time for long running fuzz targets in valgrind.

   Did the valgrind job here timeout much earlier than it was supposed to? Looks like it only ran for 2 hours.

   Yes.

   No idea why, it only works in the main branch directly.
