Unpublished headers required for libbitcoinconsensus #365

These lines appear to be missing from Makefile.am. The libbitcoinconsensus build requires <secp256k1_recovery.h>.

include_HEADERS = include/secp256k1_ecdh.h
include_HEADERS = include/secp256k1_recovery.h
include_HEADERS = include/secp256k1_schnorr.h
```

Disregard, I see they are conditionally included.
