I'm using this library for a small project and I was hoping not to need to access the internal headers to do some further key tweaking.

Would it be possible (or, if no time is available, would a PR be accepted) for the creation of a public API function secp256k1_ec_privkey_tweak_negate?

As discussed with @sipa on IRC.
