building a DLL with jni enabled fails #563

Hi, im trying to produce a DLL but it fails

./configure --host=x86_64-w64-mingw32 --enable-experimental --enable-module-ecdh --enable-jni

this seems to be informative. just need to include that path. Not sure how to fix the make files here to include to search in java-home/include/linux as well. i just a did a manual copy

fix with adding mingw* _JNI_INC_SUBDIRS="linux win32";; in the m4 file
