Learned in /Satoshi:29.1.0(dont-spam-me-bro)/ nodes? that blockchair has a API for nodes too:

Bitcoin / Node explorer — Blockchair linkes to https://api.blockchair.com/bitcoin/nodes

Haven’t found historical snapshots yet though.
