Use <code>recId</code> to distinguish from lower case l

<code>recId</code> is used to force inline code rendering as a gh-markdown work around.

This is incorrect - these are .mediawiki files - they are meant to be rendered.

<code>text</code> - is perfectly acceptable for rendering.

However, even so, it is still a rendering issue. GitHub is not using an "Ill" safe font, ticket is meant to be at GitHub.

I think this type of documentation should be made primarily readable "raw".

Gosh, they can't even render bold text right! 🤦
