We have recently generally moved towards not collecting links to other implementations in BIPs as they generate a high number of PRs to this repository, are often not reviewed before being added, and tend to become unmaintained as time passes. Further, this change would require a positive review from one of the BIP authors. @voisine: Would be great if you could take a look at this, if you have a minute.

The "Other implementations" section was removed from BIP38 in #1579.

In the absence of feedback from the BIP author, let's close this for now -- happy to re-open if @voisine so requests.
