Noted by @stratospher in #1471 (comment) @sipa If these vectors are still good, we could alternatively keep them and add a link to the file in the doc. But I'm not sure what their status is, and they're currently not generated by the Python script. So removing them is probably easier. What do you think?

ACK 3b77bc07fdda2c95f924d5760f8a0018c7195d4c

These have been renamed to/replaced by xswiftec_inv_test_vectors.csv in #1405, but the old version wasn't removed.
