Fixed swapped data series in the simulation plot. The original code paired blocktimes_c1 with unspendable2 and blocktimes_c2 with unspendable - mixing 1x and 2x rate data. Now each time series is correctly paired with its corresponding data.

Ah thanks, @jonatack, I had forgotten about that. We already went over that. I’m gonna close this PR, but if @reallesee can offer a good explanation on how this bug affects the chart, and why this change substantially improves the results, I’m happy to reopen it. (Please feel free to peruse the graphics in #1898, if it is not clear what I’m asking.)
