Personally, I'd like to discourage adding implementation lists. It just makes noise on the BIP PRs...

Agree. Implementation lists have been removed in recent merged pulls for the reasons described in #1576, and there has been no sign-off from the BIP authors on this -- @Roasbeef @aakselrod can you weigh in here?

If no further feedback in the next 2 weeks, would suggest closing.

SGTM to follow in the foot steps of #1576 so we have less foot traffic across the BIPs.
