This implements UPnP Port mapping via miniupnpc.
Automatically map port 8333 on the default UPnP Device via miniupnpc. b94b7b05a7
Add -noupnp option and a couple small improvements. e972d3215d

Oops, this breaks makefiles on everything but UNIX. Will fix later.

Plus, I would rather not import a lib wholesale into bitcoin without decent justification
